Every lit segment must be part of the answer's digit. An unlit segment is unknown: it may be on or off in the completed digit. Use the visible segments together with the active Sudoku rules.

Open New Sudoku and tap the question mark beside a rule. The explanation lists compatible combinations. Fixed trial puzzles let you try additional rules, with unlimited hints for those trial puzzles.

Some logical steps narrow the possibilities before a number can be placed. Read the steps, then use Apply to notes when offered. Undo can reverse those changes.

Free players receive five hints per local calendar day. Unused daily hints do not carry over. Completing an available optional rewarded ad adds three hints, and earned credits can carry over on the same installation. Cancelling or failing an ad does not grant a reward. Full-version players have unlimited hints. Ads depend on network, region, privacy choices and availability.

The current game and named saves are stored locally. My Sudoku lets you resume, rename, share or delete a named puzzle. The free version permits 20 saves; the full version has no app-imposed count limit. Device storage is still required. There is no app-account cloud sync.

A puzzle QR code contains the puzzle name, rules, clues and progress data, including entries and notes. Anyone who receives it can read that data. Avoid personal information in puzzle names. Sharing does not transfer purchases or hint credits.

Open My Sudoku and tap the scan icon. Allow camera access and point it at a Moonlight Sudoku QR code. The app checks the content before importing. Unsupported, damaged or oversized codes can be rejected. Camera access is optional; you can keep playing without it.

No. Restore Purchases restores eligible paid features, not puzzle files, completion records or earned hint credits. Deleting the app or its data may erase local progress. Device backup behavior depends on your system settings.

Basic and advanced packs unlock their listed rules for new puzzles. The full version includes both packs, unlimited hints and unlimited saves. Owning both packs also provides full access. The upgrade offer is for verified basic-pack owners. Check the app's purchase screen for the included rules and current localized prices.

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Connect to the internet, open Settings → Unlocks & hints and choose Restore Purchases. Complete Apple's authentication request if shown. Pending or cancelled transactions do not unlock features. iOS purchases do not transfer to Android.

Apple handles App Store payments. Visit Report a Problem for refund requests. Refunds or revoked purchases may remove the associated access.
